Workers Express uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for ground shipments within the continental 48 United States. Extra shipping charges apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & The Virgin Islands. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and The Virgin Islands do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of the order total. Workers Express cannot ship to a P.O. Box so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Most orders from Workers Express will ship complete, usually within 7 business days. All products are subject to availability.

Occasionally, one or more of your products may be on backorder. You will be notified via e-mail with the item(s) and backorder date(s), and asked how you’d like to proceed with the order.

In the unlikely event that a requested item is not available, you will be notified via e-mail as well. In most cases our experienced staff will be able to recommend a similar style for replacement.

Shipping charges are as follows for the continental United States:

All orders $100 and below shipped at the flat rate of $9.95

All orders over $100.01 are shipped at the flat rate of $14.95

All orders of $175 and above are shipped free of charge!

Workers Express ships exclusively with UPS, and all orders are quoted a shipping price before the order is processed. This price is based off of total weight. Please note that your order will not be processed until the quoted price has been approved via e-mail .

There are occasional additional charges that may be incurred after business with our company is concluded. These are often taxes or charges imposed by UPS in the receiving country, or by the receiving country itself.

There are a variety of reasons why this charge is incurred. These include holding charges, additional taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc. These also fluctuate from country to country, and don't necessarily stay consistent within an individual country.

UPS Worldwide Express™ will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Workers Express).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Workers Express will give you your choice of a full credit, equal exchange, or your money back. We accept returns on items purchased from Workers Express only. Items must have original tags on and must not be washed or worn. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. Please reference your internet order number and ship all returns to:

Workers Express appreciates the opportunity to support our overseas service members and families. Tracking is not possible in transit on these shipments. All orders shipped to an APO will be charged at a flat rate of $14.95 per order and will be shipped from the Carhartt factory. Expect an additional 7 to 14 days for the order to arrive at your location. Circumstances unique to the individual MPO (Military Post Office) are beyond Workers Express control and it is possible for delays as long as 30 days to occur. In the event of returns or exchanges, we ask that you contact us directly, as Carhartt will not handle returns with you as the end user.
