If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Workers Express will give you your choice of a full credit, equal exchange, or your money back. We accept returns on items purchased from Workers Express only. Items must not be washed or worn. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note that Workers Express cannot accept exchanges without all tags included, and that the provided credit card will be billed $9.95 for the return shipping costs. WorkersExpress.com offers FREE United Parcel Service (UPS) ground shipping on purchases of $175 or more within the continental 48 United States.

All orders $100 and below shipped at the flat rate of $9.95; orders over $100.01 are shipped at the flat rate of $14.95.

Shipping charges will be applied to any expedited shipping service such as Next Day or 2nd Day. Contact service@workersexpress.com for expedited shipping quotes.

Extra shipping charges apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & The Virgin Islands. If additional shipping charges do apply you will be contacted after your order is received.

Workers Express using United Parcel Service cannot ship to a P.O. Box so please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Products in stock at Workers Express usually ship within 24 hours of receiving the order. Items not in stock are ordered from Carhartt and will be shipped to you, the customer, within 5-7 days of placing your order. All items are subject to availability. You will be notified by e-mail of any delays or back-orders.

Residents of the state of Michigan add 6% sales tax.

International and APO Return Policy:

In the event that our International and overseas service members need to return or exchange any items, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the responsibility of returning any goods to us, as well as return shipping costs for the exchanged goods. Please note that occasional additional fees or taxes may be applied to these shipments. UPS Worldwide ExpressT will charge the package recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees at time of delivery (these charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Workers Express.
